Forest Wedding

The setting for this project was the Stones and Flowers Retreat Center in the hills above Ben Lomond, California. The couple chose this location to stage both a family reunion and their nuptials. The chance to design within this space, under soaring redwood trees and in front of a classic barn was a true creative gift. I designed the look to reflect both Jennifer and Chris’ personalities; like the elegant chandelier set against the rugged barn. Dinner on the field could not have been more beautiful and fun to produce. Then watching them dance in the middle of it all seemed like a movie come to life.
