Trader Joe’s Float Celebration Party A fixture in the Pasadena Tournament of Roses parade is Trader Joe’s. They asked me to design a party that reflected their  “Around the World” theme. We staged it at private school within parking distance of where the float was actually going to be staged on New Years Eve. The goal was that guests would come for dinner before going down to welcome the float’s arrival. Theme stations were design and placed throughout the space and a tent was constructed to take advantage of the school’s out patio. I had great fun designing and sourcing all the décor and working with the artists at Trader Joes on all the signage.
